Identify and understand problems related to hardware, such as the proper connection of different input, output, and storage devices, in order to recognize solutions for these situations. In addition, students will be introduced to the basic protocol for providing tech support.

Explanation of the components of a computer:
Main components of a “CPU” (Motherboard, CPU, RAM, Storage, Power supply, cooling and GPU).
Input devices (keyboard, mouse, camera, scanner, microphone, light pen, etc.)
Output devices (monitor, printer, headphones, speakers, etc.)
Storage devices (hard drive, SSD, USB drives, memory cards, etc.)
Connectors (USB, HDMI, network cable, minijack, VGA, etc.)
