Class objective:
Students will identify the main functions of Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Forms, and apply their knowledge by creating a small project using all four tools.
Class agenda:
Introduction: What is Google? Is Google only a search engine? What else does it have?
Explanation of Google Docs – main functions (formatting, text styles, bullet points).
Activity in Google Docs: Write a short text – “3 reasons why I need to use docs or any text processor in my everyday life.”
Explanation of Google Slides – layouts, inserting images, transitions.
Activity in Google Slides: Create 1 slide summarizing your text with an image.
Explanation of Google Sheets – rows, columns, formatting, simple formulas (=SUM, =AVERAGE).
Activity in Google Sheets: Create a small table with your weekly study schedule and calculate total study hours.
Explanation of Google Forms – creating forms, types of questions (short answer, multiple choice, checkboxes).
Activity in Google Forms: Create a 3-question survey about technology use.
Activity: Will be posted in the classroom.
